ASHLEY M. FUCHS

Ashley M. Fuchs advises and defends clients in a variety of employment law matters, including discrimination, retaliation, harassment and wage and hour issues.  She also represents clients in cases involving contract disputes and torts.  Her experience includes litigation in federal and state courts, courts of appeal, the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC), the Ohio Civil Rights Commission (OCRC) and counseling in the alternative dispute arena.

Ashley’s interest in labor and employment law sparked when she worked in the Civil Litigation Clinic at Cleveland-Marshall College of Law, where she personally worked with and represented indigent clients in employment law and workers’ compensation matters.  Her interactive experience working in the Clinic opened the door to her providing dedicated client service in a legal setting – a practice she is always eager to continue.  Ashley’s work at Sherman Boseman Legal Group reflects the perfect balance between her passion for legal analysis and her compassion for clients in need.  She works tirelessly to advocate for her clients to get them the outcomes they deserve.

While in law school, Ashley clerked for several Cleveland-based law firms while actively participating in and serving as an Executive Editor of the Cleveland State Law Review.

Outside of the office, Ashley enjoys interior design, photography, thrifting and cats.
